I like how I walked into the front desk and they were so respectful and they got me into my room without any hassle. In the room was really nice everything worked, everything was ready for my family and I. When my family and I went swimming there was fresh towels outside for us that was really awesome I am very appreciate that. The breakfast was phenomenal my whole family and myself was blown how much it accommodated all of our needs from my 6-year-old to my 16 year old and us adults. The food would be almost finished and they bring out some more fresh food so it's never gone until it's clean up time which I appreciate. Definitely going back and we told all of our friends and family this is definitely a good place to stay. It's family-friendly which is very hard to find these days. My husband and my boys enjoyed the gym inside the hotel as well.

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The moveable furniture helped make it fun to buy food from Whole Foods and eat it in the suite while watching a movie. Also nice breakfast in the morning . 5-10 minute drove to a really nice shopping center with lots of nice stores & restaurants. (Including Whole Foods) Also a beautiful Wellness Center nearby with yoga classes, massage and other holistic therapies.

I really liked that. The property was really clean a very good customer service as well. Also, you are able to call in and get an early check in time. I was able to check in two hours before my check in time also, it is very close to many stores and restaurants around the area.

We had a nice last-minute stay at Spring Hill Suites. The breakfast was bountiful and delicious. The completely effective air conditioner in our room created a perfect retreat from the hot summer temps of Fresno. The toiletries were high end and smelled amazing.

The Springhill Suites Hotel was expensive, but it was comfortable. The beds were not that good. They did hurt our backs, but we have bad backs all the time. The staff was excellent during our stay. The parking was good and the location is excellent for Fresno.
